Information you provide
Our contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, contact reason and message. Careers applications collect your name, email, phone number, availability, optional message, résumé and confirmation of accuracy. Community requests collect organization and contact details, event information, optional links and supporting documents, and confirmation of accuracy. Please do not include payment details, government identifiers or other information that we do not request.
How we use information
We use submissions to respond to enquiries, consider job applications, assess community requests and keep a record of those conversations. Authorized staff can review submissions and their attachments. We send staff notifications and acknowledgments by email. This website does not process wash payments or enroll customers in memberships.
Hosting, storage and email
The website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon PostgreSQL for application records, Vercel Blob for file storage and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information needed to operate the website. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request logs. Encrypted operational backups are kept separately, including in an owner-controlled private Google Drive folder when offsite backups are enabled.
Security and sign-in
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse of forms and administrator sign-in. Turnstile processes technical browser and device signals. Administrator sign-in uses session cookies and two-factor authentication. Public submissions do not require a customer account. The website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics script in its current configuration.
Maps, reviews and external services
Opening the Location page loads an embedded Google map and connects your browser to Google. The website can display public Google business reviews, including the review text, rating and reviewer attribution supplied by Google. Map, review and social links take you to external services with their own privacy practices.
Keeping and correcting information
We keep information while it is needed for the enquiry, application or request and for related business recordkeeping. Retention can also depend on applicable obligations and resolving disputes. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained. Restricted backup copies can remain until their scheduled replacement.
