Washie Car Wash text club

The Washie Car Wash text club is our text message program. Members get recurring automated marketing text messages: wash deals and one-time discount codes you can use at our pay station, and a birthday offer.

Service texts are optional, each with its own box when you sign up: wash-status alerts, like closing early, equipment being down or a weather closure, and a short survey asking you to rate your wash after a visit. If you text us, our team may text you back.

How to join: use the sign-up form on this website, scan the QR code on the text club sign at the wash, or text JOIN to (866) 631-9274. Texting JOIN joins the text club only. If you sign up on the website, we text you once to confirm, and you start getting texts after you reply Y.

Message frequency varies: club texts, birthday texts and rating surveys together come at most once a day and three times a week. Wash-status alerts, if you chose them, are occasional. Message and data rates may apply.

Visit feedback program (by invitation only, not a job or paid work): our team gives a customer a visit feedback card, or a text club member gets a text inviting them, and the customer texts SHOP to join. They get up to 4 texts a month about their visits, such as their visit link and any free-wash code. Texting SHOP does not join the text club.

To stop, reply STOP to any text. We send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to rejoin.
